Here at Pashley we are very proud of our 80 year heritage and the fact that against a rising wave of foreign import we continue to hand build our bikes in our factory at Stratford upon Avon.
Eack bike is lovingly welded, powder coat painted and assembled here in the factory and below are a few images showing some of the processes.

We use traditional manufacturing methods allied to modern materials and componentry to make our beautiful bikes and ensure that they are of the highest quality for our growing number of customers.

With the bikes fully built and final touches like baskets and ding dong bells added our bikes and trikes are then despatched out to Pashley dealers around the UK and the rest of the world for a final check over before handing over to happy customers.
