Pashley's Kathie White collects the Export International Trade Award 2015 for Pashley Cycles.

Pashley Recognised for Achievements in Export

'It is a particular honour for Pashley to be recognised for our export achievement.'

Pashley Cycles are honoured to have won the Export International Trade Award at the Coventry Telegraph Business Awards on Friday 19 June 2015, supported by The Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.

Pashley’s Managing Director, Adrian Williams says: “It is a particular honour for Pashley to be recognised for our export achievement with the Coventry Telegraph Business Export Award. This area once led the world in bicycle production and sales, but over the years practically every other bicycle manufacturer in England has ceased making, so that now 98 percent of bicycles sold in the UK are imported. Pashley however has continued doing what it does best – designing and making quality hand-built bicycles for business and consumer use. We do this with a dedicated team of just over 50 people, based in Stratford-upon-Avon. In recent years our export sales have grown from 15 per cent to 45 per cent on turnover as we have seen increasing demand from customers in over 50 countries overseas, who value our heritage and craftsmanship.”
