At Pashley, we believe the experience of receiving your new bicycle should be every bit as special as the bicycle itself. That’s why we’ve partnered with a dedicated cycle delivery service, to ensure your Pashley arrives exactly as it should - you'll only need to fit the pedals and then it's fully assembled, lovingly prepared, and ready to ride from the moment it reaches your door.
From our hands to yours
Once your bicycle has been carefully hand-built and fully checked over in our Stratford-upon-Avon workshop, it is wrapped with the utmost care and placed into one of Cycle Courier's specialist vans — designed for the safe transport of bicycles. There are no boxes to lift or packaging to dispose of; simply open the door to your new Pashley, ready to roll.
Pick your delivery day
Before delivery, a member of our team will be in touch to let you know your bicycle is ready and to arrange a delivery day that suits you. The courier will then contact you directly to confirm the final details — a service as thoughtful and considered as the bicycle itself.
Ready to ride!
Your new Pashley will arrive fully built, gleaming and upright — the only thing left to do is fit the pedals (with the simple instructions provided) and take it for its very first spin!
