Built around the formidable and lightweight Reynolds 631 steel frame and hand-brazed in our Stratford-upon-Avon factory.
New low-step design
Bringing modern capability to our iconic classic styling, the new low-step design is for riders who prefer easier mounting and greater flexibility in everyday use. Whether chosen for comfort, accessibility, or practicality, the low-step frame offers the same refined handling and elegance as the original Prospero - simply with a more accommodating geometry.

That original Prospero was crafted for agility and all-round versatility - your perfect partner for the weekday commute, the weekend adventure, and year-round dependability. With a beautifully contoured yet purposeful frame that balances confident performance with long-ride comfort.
New gear options
Choose the nimble 10-speed derailleur version for responsive gear changes and lightweight performance, or the 8-speed Shimano Nexus hub gear model for virtually maintenance-free urban riding. Add full-length mudguards, LED lighting and a kickstand for true all-weather, all-day riding.
New finishing kit
A classic silver finishing kit, Selle Italia Turbo Heritage saddle, and vintage inspired crankset complete the Prospero’s blend of timeless style and modern capability. Added practicality comes from the optional Pashley Porteur front rack, ready to carry up to 6kg of luggage. And there's the new Porteur Bag, handmade by Rural Kind in Wales from durable waxed canvas.
New colours
Prospero now comes in a choice of Sage, Silver Chrome, Bronze or Black, or you can choose a custom colour. True to Pashley tradition, every bicycle is hand-built to order in our factory, allowing you the freedom to personalise your own perfect ride.
