Created for agility and versatility, the Prospero is built around the proven, tough and lightweight Reynolds 631 steel tubing, hand-brazed to create a beautiful contoured yet purposeful frame that balances performance and comfort.

In classic Pashley tradition, every Prospero is built to order in our factory, allowing you to personalise your ride with custom colours and carefully chosen upgrades – creating a bicycle as individual as your commute.

True versatility comes from the optional Pashley Porteur front rack, hand-crafted in our factory and capable of carrying up to 6kg of luggage – perfect for the office laptop, weekend groceries, or an impromptu picnic in the park.

High-volume 27.5" tubeless ready rims and Panaracer tyres glide over rougher roads and more challenging terrain, offering tremendous grip in the wet. The powerful hydraulic disc brakes (on the derailleur model) or integrated Shimano roller brakes (on the hub gear model) allow you to stay in complete control through busy junctions and sudden stops.

The first-class aesthetic and modern-metro capability are completed by a classic silver finishing kit, Selle Italia Turbo saddle, and CNC machined chainset – details that matter when you're riding every day.

Take command of every season with a selection of thoughtfully designed additions. Painted, full-length alloy mudguards keep the elements at bay, a bright LED headlamp lights the way ahead, and a sturdy kick-down stand adds everyday ease. Complete the setup with the optional Pashley Porteur rack, hand-crafted in our workshop, bringing practical carrying capability without compromising the Prospero’s poised handling.

The Prospero comes in three frame sizes shown in the table, followed by their corresponding inside leg length range and stand-over height.

The frame size is the distance between the centrepoint of the cycle's bottom bracket (where the pedal arms extend from) and the top of the frame's seat tube (where the seatpost enters the frame).

Leg length should be measured from the sole of your foot to the inner top of your thigh (in inches) - please note that this is a different measurement to your trouser inside leg length. If your inside leg length falls in-between two frame sizes and you are unsure which size is best for you, please visit our Sizing Page for further guidance.

The stand-over height is the height from the ground to the top of the top-tube.

For our customers overseas, every Pashley is fully built and inspected at our factory before being securely packed into a robust shipping box.
